Also contained in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory. Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool. You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right. The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different areas of the land. In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters. More materials disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
